Dear members,

After 18 months of negotiations with Monash University management, we are pleased to finally share the full draft text of the proposed Monash University Enterprise Agreement (Academic and Professional Staff) 2024.

There will be two further Q and A sessions this week to help members understand the changes in the proposed Agreement, and to hear from the bargaining team and Branch representatives.

A final all-members meeting where NTEU members at Monash University will democratically vote to endorse or reject the proposed Enterprise Agreement will take place the following week on Wednesday 19 June. The outcome of this vote will determine whether or not the Agreement is then put to all-Monash staff through an electronic ballot.
