WHO WE ARE

We are over 350 Fed Uni staff that are members of the NTEU. We work together cooperatively to make Fed Uni a better workplace and a better university for everyone! We are academic teachers and researchers, we are administrators, accountants, technicians, student support workers, librarians, scientists, early childhood educators and almost any profession at Fed Uni you can think of.


WHAT WE DO

We work together collectively, cooperatively, and democratically for safe, secure employment and a better future for higher education where everyone who wants to go to university can afford to.


WHAT WE BELIEVE

We believe that a better society needs well-supported and thriving universities, and that starts with all staff in secure and well-paid jobs delivering quality education and world leading research.
