Fair Pay and Secure Jobs
We bargain for fair and transparent pay structures, pathways to secure employment, and measures to reduce overwork and underpayment.

Workplace Representation and Support
Union members have access to advice, advocacy, and representation in workplace matters — including performance, restructures, or disciplinary issues. NTEU ensures members’ rights are upheld and their voices heard. We are a community and look after each other.

Equity, Safety, and Respect at Work
